Book Miyoko x Collective Event Room Celebrate with a unique, lasting experience by hosting a private permanent jewelry party in our Miyoko x Collective Event Room Perfect for birthdays, bridal showers, bachelorette parties, girls' nights, team celebrations, or any special occasion. Party Details - Duration: Up to 3 hours - Guest Capacity: 5–15 guests - Private Event Space: Reserved exclusively for your group What's Included - Exclusive use of our event space for up to 3 hours - Comfortable seating and socializing area - Personalized permanent jewelry experience - Time to relax, celebrate, and create lasting memories together Each guest will choose and purchase their own permanent jewelry, with pricing based on chain selection and any optional charms or connectors. Reservation & Deposits - A $30 non-refundable deposit per guest is required to reserve your party. - Each guest's deposit will be applied toward their jewelry purchase during the event. - Your reservation is confirmed once all guest deposits have been received. Host Rewards As a thank-you for hosting, you'll earn store credit based on the number of guests who purchase permanent jewelry during your party: - 6–7 purchasing guests: $25 store credit - 8–10 purchasing guests: $40 store credit - 11–15 purchasing guests: $60 store credit Store credit may be applied toward permanent jewelry or retail merchandise. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy - All deposits are non-refundable. - If a guest is unable to attend, their deposit may be transferred to another guest with at least 48 hours' notice. - Parties may be rescheduled one time with at least 7 days' notice, subject to availability. - Cancellations made less than 14 days before the event will forfeit all deposits. - If we must cancel due to severe weather or unforeseen circumstances, your party will be rescheduled at the next available date. Food & Beverage Policy You're welcome to bring light snacks, desserts, and beverages to enjoy during your event. - Please keep food and beverages in the designated refreshment area. - Hosts are responsible for removing any food, beverages, decorations, and personal items at the end of the event. - Outside alcohol must be approved by owner.
